Vedanta flush Doors are created with composite construction of solid timber components that consist of New Zealand’s Pine Bond and in-house manufactured resins. Vedanta Flush Doors are made to endure the harshest of conditions while standing strong for the longest time. The Doors go through intense quality processes involving extremely high temperatures and pressures. The wooden planks are treated for borers and termites and are extensively seasoned with high-tech seasoning chambers to make them more persuasive and long-lasting.

The cross bands veneers are uniformly dried to the requisite moisture content. They are then bonded with special quality Phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin as per the guidelines of IS: 2202. Flush Doors are treated for total termite and borer protection. The flush doors are manufactured under strict quality control conditions that exceed the ISI specifications. The doors can be manufactured according to customized sizes too.
